Purpose
Northern College is soliciting Request for Proposal (RFP) as outlined in the terms and conditions of this RFP, from qualified legal firms for the provision of legal support / services in the areas of law related to the operations of the College as a public post-secondary institution. Requirements include contract development, review and negotiations; legal research and opinion development.
Expertise in the following areas of practice is anticipated: commercial, general business/corporate, not for profit, fundraising, charity, intellectual property, partnerships (local and international), real estate acquisition, property leasing, service agreement development/negotiations arising from RFP’s or proposals, standard contract template development for ongoing internal use.
Proposed Work Plan and Time Lines
Northern College has established the dates set forth below for the completion and various activities contemplated by this RFP. Note that dates may be altered as required by the College in accordance with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions set forth in this RFP.
