The College is conducting an open Request for Bids procurement process for a Contractor (Supplier) to provide and be responsible for the supply of all the materials, labour, equipment to remove an existing roof and replace with a new roofing system at the Secord Building at the Welland campus (the "Work").
The Work shall be completed as one (1) project throughout and is to be done in accordance to the corresponding drawings and specifications outlined in the Bid Documents.
The Work is required to be completed on or before September 29, 2023.
