Description of the Goods and/or Services:
The College would like to implement an Automated Employee Onboarding Solution that will follow the College’s current and future onboarding and orientation processes, (the “Solution”). The Solution shall automate the deployment of onboarding activities, manage and streamline the onboarding process. At different pre-determined time intervals starting at the new employee’s hire date, the Solution shall deploy/release onboarding activities containing unique tasks based on the Employee Category to the employee, the employee’s manager, and to other department contacts, as appropriate, to act on. It is expected that onboarding activities will be released between a three-to-twenty-four-month period from the employee’s hire date.
