Niagara College is seeking a qualified and experienced Master Planning expert to assist with the development of the College’s Master Plan.
The Service Provider will engage with College representations, including staff and faculty, students and other identified stakeholders or external consultants and partners as appropriate to prepare a long-term planning document that provides a conceptual layout to guide future growth and development of the College, which shall be considered a Campus/Facilities Master Plan.
The Service Provider will have access to floor and site plans of the College campuses, any available deferred maintenance/condition reports, e.g. VFA, Accruent, etc, a recently completed Space Inventory Review (conducted by an external company), as well as the opportunity to meet, interview and collaborate with College staff, faculty, students, and community partners, as appropriate.
The purpose of this Master Planning exercise will be to review what has been accomplished, define the strengths and weaknesses, ensure an appropriate vision for development, while addressing those areas which still require work or require change to optimize both student need/demand and program delivery.
