This Project is the construction of Gymnasium Lighting Upgrade at the Athletic building located at Niagara Colleges Welland campus located at 100 Niagara College Boulevard, Welland, ON L3C 7L3.
A summary of the required scope of work is as follows:
- Removal of existing pendant mounted fluorescent general luminaires from gymnasium
- Retain existing lighting branch circuits and pendants
- Removal of existing lighting controls for general lighting from gymnasium office
- Provision of new LED luminaires and new wireless lighting controls
- Provision of separate price for new spotlight and associated controls

The Work is to be completed by September 1, 2023.

Addenda, if any, will be posted no later than May 15, 2023.
