Integrated Emergency Mass Notification Response (EMNR) Solution, (the “Solution”). This EMNR Solution is intended to bring together disparate College notification/information systems and processes and provide a single simple portal interface that will allow the Security team (and potentially others) to initiate communications to the College audience and community in the event of an emergency. The expectation is that these systems will be able to be combined, or accessed separately in a clear, easy to use interface. We would also expect that the existing system will be able to be accessed with their original interfaces so that general information dissemination such as winter weather closures, Remembrance Day announcements, etc can still be broadcast.

The Solution will include professional services that support the installation, configuration, training, and implementation of the integrated EMNR solution, assisting the College to move to a single fully integrated solution.
