Niagara College is seeking Proposals from qualified Suppliers to supply and install door access control systems which are to operate in and can be integrated with the College’s current door security infrastructure as required by the College throughout the Term of the Agreement. The College is anticipating requiring these Services at the College's facilities over the next six (6) months as described in the RFP documents.
The College will be conducting a Mandatory Site Visits at both the Welland and Daniel J. Patterson campuses (see below):

This site visit will allow Proponents to visit and examine the site and become familiar with all features and characteristics affecting this Agreement.
If a Proponent (the "Attendee") is interested in attending this Site Visit, the Attendee must provide Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (fully vaccination), they shall wear a medical facemask and any other required safety or personal protective equipment (PPE) required by Health Canada or Niagara Region Public Health department.
All Attendees must register in advance by email to the College Contact by February 11, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. (the registration deadline) for the Site Meetings. Registered attendees will receive Guest Proof of Vaccination Confirmation Forms along with instructions on how to access campus. All Attendees will be required to use barcodes to scan-in at the designated entrance.
