Description

Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology’s (the “College’s”) current virtual at-a-glance viewbooks are only available on the College's issue website and are not customizable nor have any personalized output of content that prospective students may be looking for. As a result, the College is looking to enhance our recruitment capabilities with a new method to communicate to prospective students as well as a new method to generate leads by providing potential students with a personalized and customizable at-a-glance viewbook that is web-based. The College expects this tool to be an improvement in functionality and increased efficiency from the College's current viewbooks.

The College is seeking an experienced and qualified Service Provider to supply, implement and support an online/website (Cloud) based personalized Digital Custom At-A-Glance Viewbook (the “Solution”). The Solution will offer custom and targeted personalized at-a-glance viewbooks to prospective students (the “user”) along with a post-secondary journey that has an integration with Salesforce. The solution must integrate seamlessly with Niagara College's website, Domestic Salesforce instance and current web-based technologies and standards (i.e. AODA).
