Description of Goods and/or Services:
This project involves the demolition and removal of the existing greenhouse, renovation and expansion of existing office, store, teaching area and mechanical room and construction of a new greenhouse facility at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus of Niagara College located in Niagara on the Lake.
Construction of the new facility needs to be substantially performed by August 15, 2022 as classes in the new facility need to be scheduled for the fall 2022 school term.
The construction budget for the new facility is $5,400,000 excluding HST. This figure is for construction only and excludes HST, Construction Manager’s Fee’s, Permit Fee’s, Design Fee’s, I.T. Equipment, Furniture and Contingencies.
