Description

Niagara College is seeking a Service Provider to conduct and develop a plumbing upgrade strategy for the College’s Niagara Corporate Business Centre (NCBC) through field investigating and by reviewing all existing water supply and drainage features within this building and surrounding area. The Service Provider will be required to prepare drawings identifying the current plumbing infrastructures in the building as well as a summary of condition assessment identifying non-compliance and deficiencies. The Service Provider shall be responsible for developing recommendations as how best to address the found deficiencies, prioritized and with work plans and a budget regarding the proposed improvements. This will culminate in a detailed report for the College.

The Services are scheduled to commence at the beginning of July, 2021 and is required to be fully completed by the end of September, 2021.
