Description

The North Bay Regional Heath Centre is seeking Proposals for the operation of Retail Food Services including the cafeteria kitchen and servery, a coffee outlet, vending, and catering at the 50 College Dr. site in North Bay.
The current agreement for Retail Food Services is schedule to expire on September 30, 2022.
Proponents must demonstrate a proven capability to develop, market and operate retail food service outlets while identifying and providing a service that is consistent with the needs of the hospital patients, visitors, and staff.
Proponents must be able to provide a variety of menu concepts while supporting and enhancing the principles of healthy eating.
The successful Proponent will assume the existing equipment, infrastructure, and spaces “as is, where is”, and all costs associated with any new equipment as well as a required refresh to current retail areas will be the responsibility of the successful Proponent.

An optional site visit is available to be undertaken separately by each Proponent at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, 50 College Dr., North Bay, ON P1B 0A4. Proponents intending to visit the site shall request to do so no later than May 6, 2022. A site visit can be arranged directly with the RFP Coordinator by email request to rfp@nbrhc.on.ca.
