REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
NAC Project Title: NAC Customer Relationship Management Services
NAC Project No.: PS2021-01
Objective
The NAC requires new systems to support its goals for expanded engagement. Therefore, the NAC is seeking a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ticketing system/platform/environment to coordinate all aspects of customer engagement.
The CRM system will be implemented in a phased approach and will include ticketing and subscriptions, online sales, marketing, fundraising and customer service functionality.
The objective of this RFP is to select one (1) Service Provider, who will enter into a contract with the NAC for the purpose of delivering all required CRM services.
The following is a list of objectives for the CRM platform, but are not limited to:

integrate customer-centered operations to gain a more complete view of constituent behavior;
develop and implement customer-centric offerings and processes;
maximize relationships with new and existing constituents;
enhance operational efficiency;
adapt and embrace innovation; and
migration of systems and data.

Project Scope of Services
The following scope of services are required for the CRM platform, but are not limited to:

implementation discovery and project planning;
software configuration;
data conversion;
user training;
user acceptance testing;
development of custom reports;
development of integrations with third party systems; and
project management.

Project Schedule
Full implementation of the new CRM and ticketing system is to be completed in a phased approach and be provided by no later than August 31, 2023, with a strong preference for ticketing and online sales to be enables by August 31, 2022.

Maximum Cost Limit
The maximum cost limit for this Agreement is as follows:

Configuration and Implementation (in a phased approach): maximum of $1,000,000.00
Annual Maintenance and Operational Cost: maximum of $300,000.00/year

Objectifs
Le CNA a besoin de nouveaux systèmes pour soutenir la mobilisation des auditoires. Le Centre recherche un nouveau système, une plateforme ou un environnement de gestion des relations-clients et de billetterie afin de coordonner tous les aspects de l’engagement clients.
Le système de GRC sera mis en œuvre par étapes et comprendra des fonctionnalités de billetterie et d’abonnement, de vente en ligne, de marketing, de collecte de fonds et de service à la clientèle.
L’objectif de la présente DP est de sélectionner un (1) fournisseur, à qui le CNA offrira un contrat en vue de l’exécution de tous les services de GRC pertinents.
Objectifs de la plateforme de GRC (liste non exhaustive) :

Intégration des opérations centrées sur la clientèle afin d’obtenir une perspective plus complète du comportement de celle-ci;
Développement et réalisation d’offres et processus centrés sur la clientèle;
Maximisation des relations avec la clientèle nouvelle et existante;
Augmentation de l’efficacité opérationnelle;
Adaptation et innovation;
Migration des systèmes et données.

Énoncé des travaux du projet
Les travaux suivants, sans s’y limiter, sont exigés en ce qui a trait à la plateforme de GRC :

Planification du projet et exécution de la phase de découverte;
Configuration logicielle;
Conversion des données;
Formation des utilisateurs;
Test d’acceptation utilisateur;
Développement de rapports personnalisés;
Développement de l’intégration avec des systèmes tiers;
Gestion de projet.

Échéancier du projet
Le nouveau système de GRC et de billetterie doit être mis en fonction par étapes, ce qui doit être effectué au plus tard le 31 août 2023 avec une forte préférence pour la billetterie et les ventes en ligne qui seront activées d’ici le 31 août 2022.
Frais maximaux
Les frais maximaux pour cette entente sont les suivants :

Configuration et exécution (approche par étapes) : 1 000 000,00 $ maximum
Entretien annuel et frais opérationnels : 300 000,00 $ maximum annuellement.
