Invitation to Tender (ITT) for
Building cleaning services of the Canadian Museum of History (CMH)

The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Cleaning Services.

This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the lowest compliant Bidder who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the Museum.

The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide cleaning services at the CMH, Gatineau, Quebec

To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT documents.

It is anticipated that the contract will be in place for a duration of three (3) years from the date of award. Refer to the procurement documents for further details. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
