Description

The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Advertising Services. This is a one-step two envelope process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked firm who may then be invited to enter into an Agreement with the Museum.
The selected Consultant/Agency will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documents including the following disciplines:

Marketing and communication strategies
Client services
Advertising creation and production
Media planning
Media buying

but not limited to the following disciplines:

Archiving of data and transfer to hard drive (provided by the Company) once a year
Administrative work, particularly billing by project monthly and budgetary follow-up as needed

To be considered, Proposals must be received at the address noted above, or as requested in the RFP documents, before the closing date and time noted in the MERX ad; refer to the RFP documents for further details.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFP documents.
This procurement is subject to:

Chapter 10 of North America Free Trade Agreement

The anticipated start date for the contract is February 1, 2019
The contract will be for a three-year term, with the possibility of renewing for an additional two (2) consecutive years, of one (1) year each.
If the Museum chooses to renew the contract, the Museum will approach the Consultant for information on costs related to an extension. The Museum reserves the right to negotiate costs at that time.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
The Museum retains the right to negotiate with the Proponents on any aspect of the procurement.
Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Proponents can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
