Description

The work involves the removal of the existing 900 ton chiller and 100 H.P. chilled water pump and the VFD controlling it then the supply and installation of a new 1000 ton Magnetic chiller with new 125 H.P. chilled water pump including VFD as per attached detailed drawings and specifications.
The period of performance for this project is upon award of the contract till December 31st, 2018. All work must be scheduled to complete within this timeframe for construction and inclusive of twelve (12) months warranty following the date of substantial completion of the work. Additional warranty information is provided in accordance with Section 01 00 10 as per attached specifications
