Request for Invitation to tender to purchase and delivery of audiovisual equipment for the ‘‘100 Days Exhibition’’

The Canadian War Museum (the Museum) is inviting qualified vendors to submit a bid for the project indicated above. The firm with the lowest qualified bid meeting all requirements may then be invited to enter into an Agreement with the Museum.
The selected bidder will be required to deliver the items described in the solicitation document.
To be considered, bids must be received at the address noted above before the closing date and time noted in the MERX ad; please refer to the ITT documents for further details.
It is anticipated that the contract will be in place as of September 11, 2018. Please refer to the solicitation documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide list of items are invited to submit their bids as directed in the solicitation documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
