Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Window cleaning Services

The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Window cleaning Services. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.

The selected Service Provider will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documents including, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide window cleaning services as well as high dusting, cleaning of glass railings and removal of snow and ice build-up at the Children’s Museums Windows as well as the snow and ice build-up removal of the north east copper roof at the Canadian War Museum.

To be considered, Bids must be received at the address noted above, or as requested in the ITT documents, before the closing date and time noted in the MERX ad; refer to the ITT documents for further details.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT documents.

It is anticipated that the contract will be in place for a duration of one (1) year from the date of award. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.

Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
