Invitation to Tender (ITT) for CMH Chiller 232 Preventive Maintenance

The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Maintenance Services. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.

The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to carry out the partial and complete service and maintenance of chiller 232 at the Canadian Museum of History.

To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT documents.

It is anticipated that the contract will be in place for a duration of 17 months from the date of award. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.

If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and the Museum, the established Contract may be extended for up to one (1) additional 12 month period with the same terms and conditions.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.

Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
