DescriptionA - Previous Amendment

The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Second Language Courses and Language Proficiency Evaluations in both official languages. This is a one-step two envelope process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked firm who may then be invited to enter into an Agreement with the Museum.

The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documents including, but not limited to, the following disciplines:

Training Services;
Examinations;
Pedagogical Approach;
Training Material
Teacher
Learner Attendance Report

To be considered, Proposals must be received at the address noted above, or as requested in the RFP documents, before the closing date and time noted in the MERX ad; refer to the RFP documents for further details.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFP documents.

This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.

It is anticipated that the contract will be in place for a duration of three (3) years starting July 1st, 2019 with the possibility of renewing for an additional two (2) consecutive periods of one (1) year each.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
The Museum retains the right to negotiate with the Proponents on any aspect of the procurement.
Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Proponents can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.

Proposals must be received before the specified Closing Date and Time:
Through MERX: Through MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Or
At the bid box office: Proposals (in 4XX[SP1] copies) MUST be delivered and stamped with the date and time of remittance at the bid box office located at the Shipping/Receiving of the Administration Building at the Canadian Museum of History (door N-4 accessed from Jacques-Cartier Park), 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
The Proponents should ensure that the Proponent’s name and return address, the “RFP solicitation number” and the RFP closing date appear legibly in their Proposals as well as on the outside of the envelope containing the Proponent’s Proposal.
