02-18 - Events and Market Pavilion

The Municipality of Red Lake is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Project: Events and Market Pavilion.

RFP packages may be picked up at the Municipal Office, 2 Fifth Street, Balmertown, Ontario, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Local Time (Central Standard Time), Monday to Friday, from the Clerk’s Office.  RFP packages are also available on-line at www.redlake.ca.

RFP submissions will be accepted at the Municipal Office in Balmertown, Clerk’s Office, 2 Fifth Street in Balmertown, Ontario up until 2:00 p.m. Local Time (Central Standard Time), Thursday, May 24th, 2018.  Submissions must be sealed in an envelope, and clearly marked as to the contents as follows:
Request for Proposal – Events and Market Pavilion;

The Municipality of Red Lake reserves the right to accept/reject, cancel/re-advertise any RFP.
