The Municipality of North Grenville is seeking the services of a consulting firm to complete an update of the 2015 Servicing Master Plan, for the Kemptville Urban Service Area. The desired product is a 2024 Servicing Master Plan which would optimize and etend services, identify required capacity for both water supply and sewage treatment and provide a prioritzed action plan for infrastructure investment, all within the framework of teh Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) process.
