The work consists of the supply of labour, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to rehabilitate the tertiary sand filter system at the Kemptville Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP), including removal and replacement of the filter media, underdrain and carriage components. The major components, excluding the filter media, are to be provided by the Municipality.
