The major estimated quantities are approximately as follows: Pulverize Asphalt 1,200 m² Grind Asphalt 1,600 m² Granular “B” 600mm 13,500 m² Granular “A” 150mm 13,500 m² Hot Mix Asphalt SP19 (2-50 mm lifts) 13,500 m² Hot Mix Asphalt SP12.5 (1-60 mm lifts) 15,000 m² Curbing (mountable & non-mountable) 2,290 m Sidewalk (1.5m wide) 3,000 m² Remove Pre-Cast CB’s MH’s Watermains: 200 mm & 150 mm 1,230 m Water services 58 Fire Hydrants 9 Storm sewers: various sizes 1,820 m Sanitary Services & Clean-Outs 59 Topsoil & Sod 3,500 m² Preconstruction Survey of all buildings Each tender must be accompanied by a tender deposit in the form of a certified cheque or a Bid Bond payable to the Municipality of Lambton Shores along with a signed Agreement to Bond for 100 % Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
