Description

In preparation for the up-coming municipal elections in 2018, the following municipalities have partnered in the procurement of voting technology services:

The Corporation of the City of Sarnia

The Municipality of Lambton Shores

Town of Petrolia

Village of Oil Springs

Town of Plympton-Wyoming

The Township of Warwick

Two additional municipalities are participating on an optional basis being:

The Township of Enniskillen

The Village of Point Edward

The City of Sarnia will be the point of contact and will be administering the bidding process for the group. The entire group in the document shall be referred to as the Group where applicable.

General Description
The group of municipalities is seeking a comprehensive service provider for internet and telephone voting systems for the 2018 election and beyond. The services include an end to end election service, from voting card distribution and election close out and required reporting.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
