Description

This contract is for the removal and replacement of sidewalk sections located in various areas throughout the Municipality Lambton Shores.

Supply all labour, equipment, and materials as necessary apply concrete meeting 32 MPa at 28 days and complete the sidewalk replacements as identified in the Form of Tender. The work will include but not exclusive to site preparation, concrete work, site restoration and all things necessary to complete this contract.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
