The work includes approximately:
• Rehabilitation of 6 different sewage pumping stations.
• Bypass pumping at each.
• Power washing at each.
• Wetwell rehabilitation work at 3 of the locations and electrical upgrades at all 6 sites
. • Provisional replacement of 6 pumps at the Main Lift (Thedford) and Beach and Alberta (Grand Bend) SPSs.
• Replacement of the generators at the Beach and Alberta SPSs, including directional drilling of the new conduits to a new outdoor location at the Beach SPS.
• Asbestos removal at the Beach SPS.
• Work shall be completed in its entirety by August 30, 2018 and work at the Beach and Alberta SPSs must be completed by June 30, 2018.
A certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of $50,000 must accompany each bid.
All bidders must be pre-qualified. Those who are not must submit a completed pre-qualification form with their proposal.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
