Description

The Municipality of Lambton Shores invites tenders for the Port Franks Ausable River Dredging project.
Tenders must be sealed and returned in an envelope marked:
“Request for Tender – 2017 Port Franks Ausable River Dredging.”

The responding organization or individual must have their name and full mailing address clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
Interested suppliers may obtain the proposal documents online at:www.lambtonshores.ca.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Facsimile and electronic tender submissions will NOT be accepted. Duration of offer must be a minimum of ninety (90) days.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
