2017-01 - Engineering Services - Road Needs Study

The Municipality of Lambton Shores is requesting proposals for engineering services to develop a Road Needs Study to support the Municipalities Asset management Program and capital budget planning. The project will include condition rating using applicable MTO condition rating guides for asphalt and gravel surfaces, creating short (1-6 year) and long term (up to 20 year) capital project outlooks, developing policies for level of service improvements or reductions, improving the roads asset database, and developing policies for lifecycle rehabilitation options.
