Description

PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting Bidders to submit their Statement of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on the Selective Demolition portions of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

This pre-qualification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the pre-qualified bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a Stipulated Price (or Unit Price based on SOW) Subcontract contract with the Construction Manager.

The Scope of Services of this prequalification package is for clean selective demolition, removal and disposal, in various packages. Refer to item 1.2 for details.
