PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting Bidders to submit their Expression of Interest to pre-qualify to bid on the Supply of Base Isolation Bearings for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

The Scope of Services of this Expression of Interest is for interested proponents to demonstrate their qualifications, suitability and capacity to supply the base isolation bearing requirements for the Centre Block Rehabilitation project. Abilities, technical merit, experience, innovation and capacity to address the following requirements will be assessed in this Expression of Interest.
