Description

PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting Bidders to submit their Expression of Interest to pre-qualify to bid on the Crating and Packing of Heritage Assets portions of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

The Scope of Services of this Expression of Interest is for interested proponents to demonstrate their qualifications, suitability and capacity to address the crating and packing requirements for the Centre Block Rehabilitation project. Abilities, technical merit, experience, innovation and capacity to address the following requirements will be assessed in this Expression of Interest.

Expressions of Interest must be communicated by email to Kelly Ann Purdy, Procurement Manager at kpurdy@pcl-ed.com by June 26, 2019 before 2:00pm (Ottawa local time). Expressions of Interest must include completed Appendix 1 and Appendix 2, and extra material is limited to a description of a company’s or individual’s relevant education and experience and must not exceed 500 words.

The Expression of Interest submission must clearly identify the Bidder’s name and address and be labelled as follows:

Expressions of Interest shall be accepted prior to: June 26, 2019 before 2:00pm (Local Ottawa Time) at the address indicated above. E-mail submissions will be accepted as per above. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.
