PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting Bidders to submit their Statement of Qualifications to prequalify to bid on the PWC Formwork portions of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
This prequalification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the prequalified bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a Stipulated Price Subcontract contract with the Construction Manager.
This Request for Qualifications document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder’s Statement of Qualifications and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase.
As noted in 5.3 - Please advise of your intent to submit a Statement of Qualification, and confirmation that your firm meets all the eligibility requirements as set out in 3.0, in response to this RFQ by email to the contact noted at 2.3.2 before 2:00:00 PM, Ottawa local time, September 14, 2023.
When bidders notify the CM of their intention to submit the CM will provide the bidder with a file repository location. The SOQ submission must be uploaded to the file repository no later than: September 21, 2023 at 2:00:00 pm (Local Ottawa Time).
