This pre-qualification process is the first phase of a three-phase procurement process; the second phase is the Request for Qualification (RFQ) phase and the third phase is the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase.
During the RFP Phase, the pre-qualified bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit a Proposal based on the Scope of Work (SOW) outlined in the RFP. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a Design-Assist-Install Subcontract with the CM; installation will be a lump sum tender and Design Assist Support will be either lump sum or time and material basis.
This Request for Expression of Interest document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder’s Expression of Interest and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase.
