Additional Bidding Instructions

The Scope of Services of this prequalification package is Design, Supply and Installation of Forms for Concrete Complete with The Placing and Finishing of Concrete under, within and around the existing the Centre Block Heritage Building. The scope includes, but is not limited to the following:

Provide detailed drawings for formwork and any temporary shoring as required
Form, Place and Finish the following:
- Sandwich beams around existing columns, walls & foundations
- Transfer Beams
- Columns
- Structural Slabs
- Shotcrete Slab Thickenings
- New foundation walls
- New structural walls
- Structural Grouting
- Pressurized formwork
- Drilling and grouting of dowels etc.
Place and finish the following:
- slabs on grade
- concrete toppings on existing terracotta flat arches
Surface preparation of existing concrete surfaces.
working between existing micro piles and structural steel shoring installed by the piling and shoring subcontractors and other various restricted work spaces.
Working with waterproofing subcontractor.
Work with the structural steel shoring subcontractor as they remove shoring between micro piles as the concrete structure is installed proceeds.
Form and pour Mass Concrete raft slabs/footings.
