Description

The project work includes upgrades to the Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc (WAA) T-55 Central Utilities Building refrigeration room in order to meet the Class T machinery room requirements of CSA B52. Upgrades primarily include construction of fire rated vestibules for doors communicating with other parts of the building, construction of an exit stair from the basement to grade, sealing of the refrigeration room envelop (penetrations and doors) and associated mechanical, electrical and structural provisions to suit the architectural upgrades.
