Proponents must register for the site visit no later than July 12, 2021 at 10:00am.
Names of those wishing to attend the site visit must be received by email to
supplychain@waa.ca. Each proponent will be allowed no more than 2 representatives
to attend the visit. Registered visitors will be required to bring government issued photo
identification for the visit. Those not in possession of proper identification will not be
allowed in restricted areas. Proponents that have registered for the site visit must also complete a ‘YWG COVID-
19 Visitor Self Assessment’ form, which can be located at:
