(WAA) is soliciting responses from qualified capital markets service providers to (1) obtain professional advice with respect to the strategy and timing of issuance of a new series of revenue bonds to refinance up to $100M of long-term debt maturing on April 14th, 2023, and (2) obtain pricing and a proposal to broker the issuance should WAA decide to re-finance the debt in the same manner.
