Housing Opportunity Partnership is a non-profit organization that is committed to responsible community revitalization through strengthening home ownership opportunities for low to moderate-income earners. Housing Opportunity Partnership (HOP) is looking to develop between 1 and 6 affordable infill homes in 2020/2021 and is currently seeking an interested General Contractor to construct the homes.

Documents will be available electronically beginning July 6, 2020 upon receipt of the following documentation:

Proof of Insurance showing the following coverage:
1. General Liability - limits of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and with a property damage deductible not exceeding $2500.
Proof of CORTM or SECORTM registration
Proof of registration with a recognized Home Warranty Program.
WCB Clearance Letter showing company is currently in good standing
