The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following:

To provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system maintenance for the WCB's office facilities located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which will include, but not be limited to, system checks, testing, and repair on enthalpy recovery ventilators, fire tube condensing boilers, humidifiers, fluid coolers, water source heat pumps, air handlers, and circulation pumps, as further described in this RFP and in accordance with the Instructions to Vendors.

Vendors must have a representative attend the Compulsory Onsite Visit and have their attendance recorded by the WCB for that Vendor's Proposal to be considered. All attending representatives will be required to sign a "Pledge of Confidentiality & Restriction on Use of Information" due to possible contact with WCB confidential information during the Compulsory Onsite Visit.
