Description

The University of Winnipeg is looking for quotes for all snack vending services on campus.The Vendor shall support and implement industry trends and best practices regarding healthy and nutritious snack products (fresh and low in calories, fats, sugar, salt and carbohydrates) that will support our goals of wellness. Fair trade products must be considered when viable and possible.
Vending Operations: Vending operations include, but are not limited to, the following:
            - Stock Vending machines (snacks only, no beverages)
            - Install, service and maintain equipment, at no cost to the University
            - Stock and rotate product with best-selling product
- Re-fill machines in a timely fashion
- Collect all funds from machines
- Remit commissions to the University in a timely manner
- Perform financial duties related to the commissions and record-keeping as                                        required.
