Description

This project is the re-development of Anx Student Centre located on the Annex Main Floor of 491 Portage Avenue. Work on this contract comprises the renovation of classrooms and offices comprising of 16,500 sq.ft of interior space. Project will be done into two phases but under single stipulated price contract.
Phase 1: Refer to drawings and project manual for scope and details. Construction is expected to commence on or about October
2019 contingent upon the release of building permit with target occupancy of March 31, 2020 complete with furniture and technological installations.
Phase 2: Refer to drawings and project manual for scope and details. Construction start of April 01, 2020 with target occupancy of July 31, 2020
Successful bidder is expected to prepare construction progress schedule in alignment with the university academic programming and project coordinators
