Description

The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred as ‘U of W’) is issuing this RFP seeking qualified vendor(s) to provide service and materials as outlined for the removal and disposal of existing athletic flooring, and the supply and installation of new athletic flooring within the Bill Wedlake Fitness Centre at 400 Spence Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This RFP, and the subsequent submission, will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful proponent. The University will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.

A mandatory contractor walk-through of the space is scheduled for Monday, May 13, 2024 at 1:00pm. Meeting location is in front of the service desk of Duckworth Centre at 400 Spence Street on the main floor.

The Consultant, Contract Administrator (Project Manager) and/or the Contract Administrator (Project Manager)’s representative will be available at the Site to provide Bidders with access to the Site.

Bidders are not entitled to rely on information received from the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) or other third parties at the Site viewing unless the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) has provided the information in writing.
