Description

The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred as ‘U of W’) is issuing this RFP seeking qualified vendor(s) to engage contractors for large-scale cleaning of exterior windows.. This RFP, and the subsequent submission, will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful bidder. The University will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The University of Winnipeg is looking to establish a one-year agreement to be renewed as appropriate to maintain multiple building across campus

A by-appointment mandatory walk-through of the space is scheduled for Monday, May 6 and Tuesday, May 7 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Meeting location is in front of Security Services on the Main Floor of Centennial Hall.

Email Craig Wood, Director - Building Services at cr.wood@uwinnipeg.ca to book your time slot. The pre-booking schedule will be open from May 3, 2024 to May 7, 2024.

The Consultant and Contract Administrator (Project Manager) or the Contract Administrator (Project Manager)’s representative will be available at the Site on those dates during those hours to provide Bidders with access to the Site.

Bidders are not entitled to rely on information received from the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) or other third parties at the Site viewing unless the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) has provided the information in writing.
