Description

The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred as ‘U of W’) is issuing this RFP with the intent of entering into a contract for building renovation. The contract will come into effect on or about ASAP once project is awarded. The successful bidder will be expected to provide material and labor in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter described, and specifications provided. This RFP and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful bidder.
This project is the re-development of Pangea Kitchen for Diversity Foods located on the Main Floor of Riddell Hall at 515 Portage Avenue. Work on this contract comprises of 1400 sq.ft. interior space, under single stipulated contract.

Event Note

A mandatory walk-through of the space is scheduled for April 14, 2022 at 1:00 PM. Meeting location is in front of Security Office at Main Floor Centennial Hall of 515 Portage Avenue. Proof of vaccination and mask mandate is still in place at University and requiring that everyone attending the walkthrough to present vaccination card when signing in at Security and wear a facemask when on campus.
University Of Winnipeg Contract Administrators and Consultants will be available at the Site on those dates during those hours to provide Bidders with access to the Site.
Bidders are not entitled to rely on information received from the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) or other third parties at the Site viewing unless the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) has provided the information in writing.
