Description

The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred as ‘U of W’) is issuing this RFP with the intent of entering into a contract for the HVAC Duct Cleaning of the Main Campus Buildings. The contract will come into effect on or about January 29th, 2021 in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter described, and specifications provided. This RFP and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful proponent. The U of W will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.

The University of Winnipeg is looking for quotes to complete HVAC Duct Cleaning in the following buildings on main campus:

Lockhart Hall – Main AHU, all related ducts and general exhaust fans
Centennial Hall – 21 AHU’s, all related ducts and general exhaust fans
Duckworth Centre – 3 AHU’s, all related ducts and general exhaust fans
Manitoba Hall – 2 AHU’s, all related ducts and general exhaust fans
Graham Hall – ducts only and general exhaust fans
Wesley Hall – 1 MUA & Exhaust Fan, 51 Fan Coils, all related ducts and general exhaust fans
Ashdown Hall – 2 AHU’s, all related ducts and general exhaust fans
Asper Centre for Theatre & Film – 3 AHU’s, all related ducts and general exhaust fans
