The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred as ‘U of W’) is issuing this RFP seeking qualified vendor(s) to modernize the elevator at: Lockhart Hall Building This RFP, and the subsequent submission, will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful bidder. The University will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
