The implementation of an effective software solution seeks to improve workflow by creating a centralized system for travel community wide interaction and reporting, in an effort to improve our travel risk awareness, improve and streamline processes and effectively mitigate the risk and reduce potential loss event costs.
An effective solution should also reduce redundancy by harmonizing a digital platform for team interaction and a move away from existing paper driven processes.
The bidder must design, supply, install, implement, test and commission the new system. Training our community staff is an integral part of the requirements. The bidder will provide licenses and warranty on software. Travel Risk Management tools, user manuals and provide 5 years of backend system maintenance, application upgrades and support without any additional cost.
