Description

There is a recognized need for additional affordable housing in The Pas to target vulnerable populations (low-to-medium income families, seniors). To help address this, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (MHRC) in partnership with community stakeholders, has made a commitment to develop affordable housing for The Pas by 2023.
The purpose of the request for expressions of interest is to solicit ideas, concepts, or specific responses from the affordable housing development community, including developers, investors, co-operatives, or other parties interested in creating affordable family housing.
