Description

Provision of engineering services for the construction of a new fire hall, to be located on vacant land at the south end of what is currently Main Street just off of P.R. 415. The Teulon-Rockwood Fire Commission will work with the selected engineering team who shall be responsible for but not be limited to project planning, developing detailed design for review and final approval by the Teulon-Rockwood Fire Commission. As well as: preparing construction documents, preparing cost estimates at 30%, 60% and 90% completion stages, and providing contract administration throughout the construction phase.
