Description

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified contractors for a price to procure and deliver gravel and topsoil to locations with the Town. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on March 18th, 2019 or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in writing.

The scope of the work will include:

Procurement of the following products:
- Limestone
  - 4” – 6” Limestone
  - 2” Limestone
  - ¾” Limestone
  - ¼” Limestone
- Traffic Gravel (must be sourced from Nelson River)
  - C-Base
  - A-Base
- Topsoil
Hauling & Delivery of product to locations within the Town of Niverville.

The term of this agreement is for the 2019 calendar year.
